All authorized input forms and interface files will be forwarded to Intalenta for input of new employees, resigned Employees, allowances & deductions, overtime hours, salary adjustments and change of bank account no.

  1. Data verification to make sure that the data is correct to make accurate processing and payment to the employees.

  2. Inputing daily payroll transaction base on data transfer.

  3. Inputing daily HR transaction base on data transfer.

  4. Calculate tax - PPh 21, overtime, pension, BPJS Kesehatan.

  5. Prepare and report monthly BPJS TK payment in SIPP online.

  6. Prepare and report monthly BPJS Kesehatan payment in E-dabu.

  7. Preparing the monthly Article 21 income tax returns and tax payment slips for paying the Article 21 income tax.

  8. Preparing the monthly pension report for third party.

  9. We provide salary slip by online method.

  10. Intalenta provides yearly tax calculations with compliance to Indonesia regulation.

  11. For year-end reports, Intalenta Outsourcing Services will submit the yearly tax -pph21 report such as: SPT 1721, SPT 1721 I, Summary and yearly 1721 A1, Softcopy data Tax that comply with government requirement.
